El autor expone la necesidad de contar con un sistema de información que permita obtener una ventaja al momento de negociar. Aquel que tenga un mejor sistema tendrá cierta ventaja sobre su contraparte. Los negocios internacionales, expresados a través de un tratado de libre comercio, exigen que los países participantes tengan información. La posibilidad de uno frente a otro genera la asimetría de información.Downloads
