Peer review

  1. The articles submitted for publication are evaluated by academic peers, reviewers or external referees (peer review), those who have the same specialty and experience as the writer.
  2. The reviewers are anonymous (blind review) and perform their task in accordance to the international quality standards that govern this type of publication. 
  3. The Editorial Committee presents a list of possible reviewers, these in turn are invited to carry out the process of evaluation of articles; Subsequently, with the acceptance of the reviewers, the complete file is sent to them, as well as the NORMS FOR PUBLICATION document. 
  4. The papers are sent to at least two expert reviewers on the subject of research, who make suggestions to improve the article. 
  5. Upon completion of the article review process, the reviewers will issue a report detailing each observation and / or suggestion, which will qualify the revised article as: 
    • Published without observations 
    • Publicable overcoming observations 
    • Not publishable
