Many researchers until the 2010s, studied the Timoshenko system in various presentations without delay, from the year 2010 to the present day the problems have been working with a delay; Thus, it is worth mentioning that, in this article, we address the Timoshenko system with two partial internal dissipations, which are applied to the transversal displacement and the rotational movement of the one-dimensional beam, with a delay in time in both equations. We focus on showing that the problem is well posed, that is, the solution of the proposed system exists and is unique, with its initial and boundary conditions of the Dirichlet type. For this we will use the theory of linear semigroups and the energy associated with the system.
