Debido a la pandemia por COVID-19, las universidades dejaron de tener clases presenciales para pasar a la virtualidad. Sin embargo, carreras profesionales como Odontología se han visto afectadas, ya que la educación presencial y clínica es fundamental para su adecuado aprendizaje. Se sabe que los odontólogos son los profesionales de salud más expuestos a este nuevo virus debido al contacto directo con la saliva 1. Por este motivo, es muy importante tener en cuenta algunas consideraciones y recomendaciones para los nuevos protocolos e infraestructura que debe tener una clínica odontológica universitaria.
