Durante la pandemia por COVID-19, que ya rebasa los dos años, los estados se han visto forzados a establecer medidas sociales restrictivas tendientes a evitar la trasmisión del virus SARS-CoV-2, no obstante, siendo medidas pertinentes han llevado a profundizar desigualdades sociales, económico-financieras, las cuales inciden desfavorablemente en la salud pública y en sus servicios.
