Abstract

Peru has recently undergone profound changes in education, from guaranteeing minimum quality conditions to adapting to a new educational methodology due to the global health emergency. The objective of this study is to determine the academic satisfaction of Medical Technology’s students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative, observational, descriptive and transversal. A sample of 69 students was obtained, who demonstrated a level of educational satisfaction established as “Moderately satisfied”, and an academic performance rated as “Good”; Pearson’s correlation showed a strong positive correlation (0.5 < r < 1) with statistical significance (p-value < 0.05). It is concluded that there is a relationship between educational satisfaction and academic performance in the context of distance education for Medical Technology’s students.
