To achieve an education that serves all students without distinction, it is required that the teacher, from their initial training, develop inclusive competencies. For this reason, this article aims to highlight the importance of the design of inclusive study plans and to review if the universities of Metropolitan Lima contain subjects associated with this approach in their study plans. Through the bibliographic review, 15 original and documentary articles were analyzed, obtained from journals indexed in Scopus, Scielo and Latindex 2.0. Current normative documents on the inclusive approach and 67 curricula of public and private universities in the capital were examined. It is concluded that 62.7% of the study plans analyzed, especially in the public sphere, do not include subjects that guarantee to provide the future classroom teacher with inclusive tools. Since this action is necessary, it is necessary to adapt these plans under this approach as society demands it.
