In recent years, a great concern has arisen to investigate how pedagogical management is developed because it benefits the educational community. In addition, the objectives of this paper were: (a) to describe the conceptualization of pedagogical management and (b) to define the benefits and means of educational management in student training. Also, the methodology was based on the PRISMA statement for a systematic review and scientific databases such as Web of Science, ERIC and Scielo were searched. According to the results, 13 international investigations were selected in which the conceptualization, the means and the advantages of pedagogical management in the acquisition of learning and achievement of competences in the student body are identified, observed and incorporated. In conclusion, it is necessary to deepen the means to develop a successful pedagogical management and it is necessary to implement the use of ICT to improve educational quality.
