Abstract

This article examines educational management and soft skills, concepts that influence the strengthening of organizational culture and management models in educational institutions. It is based on a quantitative research, of basic nature and correlational level. A Likert-type questionnaire was designed to record data, which was applied in the form of a survey to a group of 80 specialists and technicians from educational institutions in the city of Moquegua. According to the study, soft skills are relevant in human interaction and should lead to a full coexistence, as well as enrich the affective sphere and regulate the emotional states of people, promoting the development of transformational leadership. The research highlights three soft skills: self-esteem, empathy and communication, defined as CSA, which are very important for institutional development.
