Santalaceae endémicas del Perú

La familia Santalaceae es reconocida en el Perú por presentar tres géneros y 11 especies (Brako & Zarucchi, 1993), entre hierbas y árboles hemiparásitos. En este trabajo reconocemos cinco especies endémicas, todas del género Quinchamalium. Las especies endémicas provienen de las regiones Desierto Semicálido Tropical y Mesoandina, desde los 280 hasta los 3500 m de altitud. Ninguna Santalaceae endémica se encuentra representada dentro del Sistema Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas por el Estado.Downloads
