Abstract

The purpose of the study was, to determine the relationship of the implementation of a mobile itinerant health system with participation of the Army of Peru is related to the access to public health of excluded and dispersed populations, in the Arequipa region, 2018 - 2019; quantitative approach; correlational scope; cross-sectional and non-experimental design; population 30,817 rural sector of the Province of Caylloma Region Arequipa, the sample 380; technique the survey and the instrument the questionnaire; the result was a rho 0. 765 considered as a strong correlation; the conclusion is that the implementation of a mobile itinerant health system with the participation of the Peruvian Army is significantly related to the level of access to public health of excluded and dispersed populations; it is also recommended to work jointly with the Peruvian Army and Ministry of Health and its acronym in Spanish (MINSA) in order to improve the quality of life of the population.
