The new changes in the managerial environment demand today the use of the Technologies of the Information and the Communications (TIC), these have provoked a different form of being related with our environment and of taking advantage of the external generated knowledge and internally in the organization, to transform the same one into an asset of the company able values that increase their yield to take place. Therefore, it is required the manager to be prepared to assume and to adapt to the technological changes and dominate these new work tools; to achieve it, it is imposed to an adequate management of the virtual education from the universities, that facilitate the continuous training process of the professionals with managerial profile. The work is guided toward the necessity of promoting the use of a Virtual Environment of teaching-learning that of answer to the necessities of the continuous formation, so much present, as mixed or at distance the professionals’ of Economic and managerial Sciences as well as it shows the results and experiences obtained in the Faculty of Economy of the University of Camagüey in the implementation and development of a virtual Platform to negotiate courses, since all these techniques point to the efficient development of the administration of information and the administration of the knowledge, to develop the managerial intelligence, and to achieve the excellence and these professionals’ competitive acting.Published
