Abstract

The companies with leadership and vision come to be agents of change always and when they assume this relation and combination of social responsibility and ecological balance, of sustainable utilization, participative management and valuation with regard to the local culture, in a legal frame and favorable politician. How the companies with these qualities try to raise the levels of social and economic development where they diversify their production. In this sense, we propose to identify the reasons of the social pressure and I displease in those interests shared between government, private company and civil society; how to harmonize the private and public interests and to demonstrate the social aims of the company inside the new orientations of a democratic culture and of not exclusive markets.
