El presente artículo trata sobre la importancia del colaborador (trabajador), hoy conocida como el POTENCIAL HUMANO, en el desarrollo organizacional. Visto así, las diversas funciones propias de la gestión del Potencial Humano, concebida en forma sistémica e integral, son vitales para obtener una mejor y mayor productividad, teniendo colaboradores altamente identificados, que garanticen el logro de la Visión y el cumplimiento de la Misión.Downloads
