Journal sections

The ISHRA magazine considers the following sections:

Original articles

They are articles based on primary, original and unpublished sources. They must be structured into introduction, development, conclusions and references. The introduction should clearly indicate the problem and objectives of the research and the contribution to knowledge of the article. Its minimum length is 8,000 words and maximum 12,000, and may be longer under consideration by the Editorial Committee. They are peer reviewed.

Special items

They are adaptations of theses, review articles, research advances, bibliographies, essays and other works considered relevant to the academic community. Its minimum length is 4,000 words and maximum 10,000, and its length may vary at the discretion of the Editorial Committee. They are peer reviewed.

Reviews

Reviews of books published in the last four years related to the themes of the magazine. Its maximum length is 1,800 words. Review essays are also published that are the result of a reflective examination of three or more recently published books on the same topic. Its maximum length is 3,000 words. The reviews are selected and approved by the Editorial Committee.
