William Labov: in memoriam

William Labov, el lingüista que revolucionó la manera en que estudiamos el lenguaje, falleció el pasado 17 de diciembre a los 97 años. Labov nació el 4 de diciembre de 1927 en Rutherford, Nueva Jersey (Estados Unidos), y fue pionero en la exploración del lenguaje desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria, más aún, multidisciplinaria.
