Como país tenemos un conjunto de expresiones de crisis de la institucionalidad democrática, dos poderes del Estado: el Congreso de la República y el poder judicial son percibidos como las instituciones más desprestigiadas y de menor confianza para la población, situaciones que deben significar reflexiones profundas en la vida universitaria para contribuir desde nuestros espacios al fortalecimiento de nuestras instituciones y la práctica de la democracia.Downloads
