Hace diez años, el informe “La educación encierra un tesoro” (1996) resultante del encargo que hiciera la UNESCO a Jacques Delors, tipifica al periodo del inicio del milenio como el periodo de la civilización cognitiva, fundamentada en la importancia que se otorga a la inteligencia humana y artificial, proyectando el desarrollo de las capacidades humanas como son la creatividad, la metacognición, el pensamiento crítico, la producción de utopías, la ética y la moral, enfrentando las tensiones generadas por la globalización y la mundialización.Downloads
