Cuando reflexionamos acerca de las instituciones nos sorprende la facilidad con que se percibe que éstas son redes de complicidades más o menos delictivas, pero es un significado que pretendemos atenuar con el convencimiento que en alguna medida son los jóvenes quienes están obligados a hacer que las organizaciones sean menos delictivas. Pero el tema de esta reflexión es que la Universidad como institución debería ser modelo de transparencia, como una realidad a ser construida creativamente con el diálogo y la participación de todos, razón por la cual quisiéramos compartir con ustedes algunas ideas, las que, sin la intención de ser directivas y menos aún de validez absoluta, puedan en alguna medida ayudamos a mantenemos apartados de ser una red de complicidades.Downloads
