Debate de la ley universitaria es el reclamo de la comunidad académica, lo que usualmente debe ser parte del ejercicio de la democracia se convierte hoy en una exigencia por su incumplimiento y la exclusión de los actores universitarios. Como señalamos en un anterior editorial, existe la plena convicción de la necesidad de una nueva legislación universitaria, que responda a la realidad educativa actual, corrija los vacíos de la vigente y no propicie la creación irracional de nuevas universidades públicas o privadas, en el caso de universidades públicas que nacen sin presupuesto que les respalde o afectando a otras universidades como ha sido la experiencia de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.Downloads
