Huaca La Florida is a U-shaped temple located in the Rimac Valley, related to the Manchay Culture, society that settled in the Central Coast during c. 200 to 600 b.C. Since 2001 we have been visiting and researching about this site; and by gathering the information of previous researches, unpublished records, and analyzing de material from the site, we developed our bachelors’ thesis, submitted to the UNMSM. The chronological sequence developed here comes to be a significant contribution not only to the history of this important site, but to the central coast archaeology during the Formative period.Downloads
