Craig Morris: El recuerdo de un peruanista

Hoy se cumple un mes y un día del fallecimiento del arqueólogo Craig Morris en la ciudad de Nueva York, a consecuencia de un mal cardiaco. ¿Qué significa para los estudiosos peruanos la pérdida de una de las mentes mas sensatas y prolijas que haya producido Norteamérica?... pues mucho. La partida de Craig Morris significa no sólo la ausencia de un académico de primer nivel, sino de un hombre cuya humanidad, sensibilidad y amor por el Perú era incalculable.
