Abstract

La ciencia se fortalece y avanza a través de la producción de conocimiento científico que se genera a través de la investigación y que permite generar soluciones para resolver problemas estructurales de la sociedad, tales como las asimetrías sociales, la ausencia de transparencia financiera de las entidades públicas, el desempleo, la corrupción, una distribución inadecuada de los recursos, empresas ineficientes, y entidades gubernamentales que no cumplen eficientemente con el rol de administrar y controlar los recursos del estado base para el desarrollo económico y social de nuestra sociedad.
