El tema "la insatisfacción laboral como factor del bajo rendimiento del trabajador" es importante, ya que se puede constatar que en algunas organizaciones, pese a sus significativos esfuerzos para ampliar y modernizar su infraestructura, afrontan problemas de rendimiento laboral. Este artículo se orienta a determinar en qué medida la insatisfacción laboral se asocia al bajo rendimiento laboral en una organización. Como factores constituyentes de la insatisfacción laboral se consideraron sus aspectos más representativos como por ejemplo: la insatisfacción con el puesto; la insatisfacción con la empresa; la insatisfacción con el salario; la insatisfacción con la política de promociones y la insatisfacción con el jefe. Se planteó como pregunta general lo siguiente: ¿de qué manera la insatisfacción laboral influye de manera significativa en el bajo rendimiento laboral en un grupo de trabajadores en una organización?
