LA CRISIS DE LA ECONOMÍA PERUANA, LAS UNIVERSIDADES NACIONALES Y LA INVESTIGACIÓN

En torno al diagnóstico de la crisis de las investigaciones en las universidades nacionales es bueno señalar que el comportamiento y profundización de la crisis de la economía peruana es determinante en su accionar. Por lo que se postula que la economía peruana necesita un cambio estructural en su patrón de acumulación mediante la sustitución de los bienes de consumo duradero por los bienes de consumo básico, como las nuevas, industrias líderes verticalmente integradas. Los nuevos instrumentos de política y el rol transformador del Estado tienen que ser dirigidos a satisfacer las necesidades básicas, de la mayoría de la población.
