Date of receipt of manuscripts: They can be submitted throughout the year, unless an editorial decision is made to close reception for a certain period.

Publication date: Starting in 2023, the journal Quipukamayoc will be published every six months. The first publication of the year is in July (January-June) and the second in December (July-December).
