Accounting graduates from the National University of San Marcos and their integration into university governance

Objective: To establish the relationship between the integration of accounting graduates and university management in the Faculty of Accounting Sciences of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (National University of San Marcos). Methods: A quantitative, cross-sectional study was conducted. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire applied to a representative sample of graduates. The relationship between graduate integration university management was analyzed using Spearman's correlation. Results: The results show a direct and significant relationship between the integration of accounting graduates and university management at the Faculty of Accounting Sciences. Conclusion: Graduate participation in institutional life contributes to improving the quality of university management, strengthening the relevance of academic programs, and reinforcing the faculty´s connections with the professional environment.
